Protection of personal data

The use of BRUDAWEB requires that the responsible of the company and the contact person of your company agree to the processing of personal data (name, first name, e-mail, professional address, telephone number). The personal data will only be processed by Brussels Environment and its subcontractors in the context of the Decree of 1 December 2016 of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region concerning the management of waste.

If you are responsible for your company (and therefore responsible for the waste report) and you provide us with the details of other contacts of the company, you confirm that you have the required authorization to notify us. These personal data are used as contact data in the context of the waste report. You can manage the contact details yourself via the web platform.

The data of the person who manages the accounts for a company are kept until a new person has been appointed.

The data of other people are kept until they have been deleted by the person who manages the accounts for the company.

 

If your consent is required for data processing, you can withdraw it at any time, without this affecting the processing carried out previously.
